The third edition of the Vienna International Photo Awards (VIPA) annual documentary photography competition is now open for entries for 2014. VIPA's mission is to draw more attention to documentary photography in Austria and worldwide. As a host, the Kunstnetzwerk network is inviting all documentary photographers around the world to enter their best work and compete for a total of 9,000 Euro in prizes!
